Lynn was very thorough and professional. She had very definite ideas on what should be presented. Thus we had to move about half of our furniture out, take down most artwork, clear all clutter, pack up most of our books, take down all the wallpaper and paint most rooms. It was well worth it! When it was all staged, there were a LOT of hits on the website and lots of showings even in a very slow season (winter) and slow buyer’s market. Three months later we were happy to go under contract and close a month later. We asked Lynn to be our Realtor because we already knew her from other ventures and knew she’d be good at her job!
